Exercise Programming

Programming for strength, weightlifting, mobility, crossfit, accessory exercises, mobility.
 
 

Every session includes some homework programmed by Dr. Lauryn depending on your limitations and goals. She will write you a program with some mobility and/or strength exercises to help you get out of pain or reach your exercise goal.

She can also write programming for improving strength, mobility, or olympic weightlifting for those who are not in pain or a physical therapy patient for a fee.
